Clinton, MD - The Rehabilitation Center of Southern Maryland is proud to announce the opening of a new office in La Plata, Maryland. The office is located in the heart of La Plata at 103 Centennial Street, Suite H (across from the Facchina Building). This new office joins the other locations in Waldorf, Clinton, and Leonardtown.
Ms. Rosa Hernandez, Physical Therapist, will be managing this office as well as providing physical therapy. The Rehabilitation Centers of Southern Maryland pride ourselves in our continued commitment of providing excellent service and patient care, and look forward to serving the community from our newest location.
The Rehabilitation Center of Southern Maryland is a full serve rehabilitation provider offering Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapies and is affiliated with Southern Maryland Hospital Center. Founded in 1977, Southern Maryland Hospital Center is a 358-bed full service hospital serving the Southern Maryland areas. Additionally, SMHC operates a state-of-the-art twenty-four bed subacute unit. Throughout SMHC’s history, it has remained a community leader, a strong supporter of health care education, and a dedicated advocate for quality health care services.
