Southern Maryland’s Cardiac and Wellness Expo,
Saturday, February 21, 2009
CLINTON, MD – Southern Maryland Hospital Center and Health System is pleased to announce the area’s first Cardiac and Wellness Expo to be held on Saturday, February 21, 2009 at the Colony South Hotel and Conference Center. The Expo hours will be 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and admission is FREE!
The Expo will feature screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol, cardiac, fitness, weight, and much more. Health professionals will be available to answer questions, provide health tips, and demonstrate some of the latest technology. There will also be activities for kids too!
All exhibits at the Expo are designed to educate and entertain while individuals learn about health and safety issues as they relate health and wellness. Representatives from local support groups will also be sharing information on resources.
